Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy - at Taylor’d Manes Beauty Lounge
At Taylor’d Manes, I am dedicated to providing you with exceptional service and a memorable experience. To ensure that I can accommodate all my clients and maintain a smooth scheduling process, please take note of my cancellation policy:
1. Cancellation Notice:
I kindly request a minimum of 24 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me to adjust my schedule accordingly and offer the time slot to another client.
2. Late Cancellations and No-Shows:
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost. No-call/no-show appointments will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the service cost. This fee helps compensate me for the time reserved exclusively for you and any potential lost business.
3. How to Cancel or Reschedule:
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call (760)230-8687 or send an email to taylordmane@gmail.com. Your prompt notification allows me to adjust my schedule accordingly.
4. Exceptional Circumstances:
I understand that unexpected emergencies can arise. In such cases, please contact me as soon as possible, and I will do my best to accommodate your situation with understanding and flexibility.
5. Multiple Late Cancellations or No-Shows:
To maintain fairness to all clients and ensure efficient scheduling, clients with a history of multiple late cancellations or no-shows may be restricted from booking future appointments.
